It is made from Aluminized Fiberglass fabric which is combination of light weight with high heat resistance property. This special fabric is made from E-glass yarn and can handle temperatures up to 550 °C.
An aluminized fire blanket is a sheet which is made of fire-retardant material. When a fire starts, place the blanket over the fire. It cuts off the supply of oxygen which makes it a very effective tool for turn off the small fires.
